Setl City, a successful company operating since 1994, is now the leading property developer in northwest Russia. Setl City is a member of Setl Group, a Russian investment holding, consolidating a number of businesses operating in Russia and internationally.

Setl City is a member of the Northwest Construction Industry Association, Builder of the Year 2006 winner in the Best Property Developer category, Builder of the Year 2005 winner in the Best Mass-Market Housing Developer category, and winner of St. Petersburg and Leningrad Oblast Builder Awards in the Best Commercial Property Developer category.

Setl City is involved in several housing construction projects in St. Petersburg, Leningrad Oblast, and Kaliningrad, and is also building a few Class A office centers sized around 200,000 sq.m between them. The Company is engaged in a number of sweeping neighborhood development projects sized a total of over 150 hectares.
